Project Control


The Nexus consultancy team has expert level knowledge and experience in Project Control, focused on the Planning, Cost and Contract Management disciplines.

The company has developed a highly successful 5-day 'immersion' training programme in Project Management, The Challenge™. The programme of experience based learning covers all disciplines and phases of the project life cycle in the context of an intensive 'live' simulation. Nexus can manage projects on an outsourced basis or provide discipline specialists to augment client teams under specific terms of reference.
