BP - Sub Sea Field Development, HPHT.

The Rhum Development is a 3-Well HPHT Sub Sea development in the UKCS with a tie back to the BP Bruce platform.

BP have outsourced Supply Chain Risk Assurance for Completion Equipment on the project to Nexus under a workscope which includes the production of a project specific Assurance (Risk Management) Handbook and the mitigation of identified supplier and 3rd party risk in the project supply chain.

A senior Supply Chain Assurance consultant is assigned to the BP team full time, acting in a coordination role for a team of technical specialists working at supplier manufacturing plants providing Risk Mitigation coaching and advice and managing key schedule milestones such as Stack-Up testing, FAT’s, SIT’s, etc.

Nexus undertook a rig audit of the Norwegian Semi ‘Deep Sea Bergen’ and assisted in the definition of a modification / upgrade programme to prepare the rig for HPHT operation in the UKCS.
