Nexus has provided Supply Chain Assurance Services to Total drilling and completion operations in Aberdeen for over four years.

Specific work on the Glenelg project involves the implementation of a Well Equipment Assurance Process, to address a key risk area on this HPHT development.

A Senior Nexus Consultant was assigned to the project full time in addition to our ad-hoc support to other Total developments. The brief includes the performance of HAZID exercises, the mitigation of identified risks in the supply chain and the transfer of knowledge in the form of Lessons Learned from similar HPHT developments by other Operators.

This assignment includes the application of proprietary Nexus Risk Management tools such as the SOR (Statement of Requirements) Process and the Equipment Criticality Model.
